Hello Gloratic! I have spoken with the Joey and have come to the conclusion to deny this report. He personally feels like you are targeting him. He has apologized multiple times to Ezehzz and even does it in OOC at the very end of the clip. I feel like yes he was in the wrong for arresting Ezehzz however you have to think from his point of view you went over to him talking with keys then you walked back when he was looking so therefore almost framing Ezehzz into looking like the arrested convict as he was also talking making it seem like it. He has been spoken to about this matter and it should all now be resolved.
