This can be achieved by stating your opinion actively, offering to help out in meetings through strawpolls, etc.

- Improve on interacting with others on TS3
Just talking around actively with lead team members and other staff on teamspeak goes a long way.

- Display Leadership skills here in and out of game (Forums, TS3, In-Game)
Every lead team member should have good leadership skills so that they're well tuned and fit for the position.
