Fix the mute button

How would it benefit the server:
You don't have to listen to radio managers who use a Nokia Brick to play mp3's down their 1$ wallmart mic.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes:

Users should automatically be un-muted when they or you leave the server.

Currently the mute button only works 10% of the time and it's really irritating when it doesn't work because you mostly use it to mute people who are annoying / mic spamming.
