What people expect from an Admin on the server is someone that's mature, calm and can work together with the rest of the staff team. You keep making hostile comments to your fellow staff, threatening to demote them and making claims (such as "I am more experienced than you") when you have no right to make such claims.

Also, it is not just the things that happened with Richie. Cranky, Kana, Raa - you've had problems with a lot of staff, and the way you handled the situations is not what we'd expect from a staff member.

This is exactly what we're talking about. We want to see you work together with your fellow staff, not cause more issues when there isn't one.

Lastly, Richie has been spoken to about what happened and has accepted the consequences and apologized for it. You, on the other hand, have not.
