Morgan, you are one of the most (if not the most) mature, friendly, and responsible staff member I know of. You know how to handle situations and you handle them extraordinarily well. Your experience as staff makes you very worthy to be an HA again. You know very well what you're doing. Your dedication only shows that you are ready for HA. You are an amazing candidate, and from what I can see, the only con is that you haven't been an SA for very long (but you are an ex-SA and ex-HA).
