In short he constantly ignored our /me's about muting him; we repeated them multiple times and he still continued to talk... after a while he decided to go on duty for no reason and so I shoot him in the head.

Him Breaking those binds after the 5min limit on a kidnap was up-

TL;DR - We tied him up and put him in a cage, when the 5min timer was up (and without us un-binding him) he proceeds to battering ram and kill his kidnappers later saying he did so as his "5min kidnap timer was up so I let myself out)
