What is Ghosting?

Ghosting is everything a Dead Person tells an alive one, what he cant know, does not matters if its true or not, it can change the outcome of the round.
Ghosting is when for example A Dead Person tells an alive one the Code on Helix, before the alive one could know.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

I would tell the Disrespecting Person to stop disrespecting as it is against the rules, if he wont stop being disrespectful after some verbal warns, i would gag/mute + warn him and afterwards when he got ungagged/unmuted and still disrespects i would kick him and maybe call an admin to ban him if he wont stop after the kick as well.

Why I should be chosen:

Why should i be chosen: i'm good with people and i don't get fast mad, i will always help people when they need me on the server.
Zarp is one of the best deathrun servers i ever found so i will be always active.
I already know many people on Zarp
if there would be a hacker i would listen to the people what they have to say about him and look what he is doing
even if a friend of me is hacking or being disrespectful i would gag him or mute him
i will always try my best to help people: i will guide them, even if i don't know it my self i would ask an other moderater or seek it up or let the other players help him out.
I only had a pear of warnings cuz of trap reactivation by accident
And last thing i'm always fair and i don't abuse mod
