If I am correct about the rule someone has to do damage to you in order for you to kill them without /me warning, excluding hobos throwing bugbait at your property. (at least by what I've witnessed being said by other admins/sa) Looking over the rules I don't believe it states that specifically at least I can't find it but I know that's what is said for it.
