Hello, Gloratic, after looking into your appeal I've decided to deny it, with reason:

You put little to no effort into explaining your side of the story and without a story it's nearly impossible for a staff member to handle something like this. Not only that but Windows can't remember anything either so without a story to base the situation on I can't help much.
