So I was on the verge of the pavement and not in the middle of the road. I accept that the other guy was in the middle of the road so that was valid. However I was on the verge with the pavement and you decided after running him over you would drive forwards and swerve into me. I don't see any evidence of the actual incident here, and from my perspective I was on the pavement not road. I only verbally warned you and didn't give you an actual warning. I apologise for getting the other thing as it wasn't CDM but for me it looked like you did CDM me. So I therefore gave you a verbal warning and let you get on with the rest of your day. I don't have any evidence to back this up I admit so it looks like a stalemate either way here.
