Before you start slating people please note that your grammar is quite terrible as in some parts of your reply I couldn't even understand you. If you feel that a staff member isn't doing their job correctly or abusing their powers then feel free to make a Demote Request. If on the other hand a user has been breaking rules and you want to make a Ban Request then also feel free to do so!
