From reading all this I see the user is lying about his gambling business. He recieved 500k, but once the other user won he couldn't Physically give him 1mil. Tbh he should've not accepted 500k. I think he should return 500k. I would suggest not an instant unban, rather a timed one since he cannot refund fully.
