Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
The Random Death Match is a rule which makes random killing or attempted killing without reason against the rules. A example would be if I went around with a gun and started killing people with no reason whatsoever.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The New Life Rules is a rule that says that you must not go into the same district (which I know there are maps for) after death or being killed. A example is if I died at Industrial by say, me refusing to give money after being mugged. I could not return after 3 minutes or open fire opon him if i see him again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Ask player y if he had any reason for killing player x. If player Y Has a reason I would look for evidence that supports this.
If there is none supporting this then I would warn player Y for Breaking RDM rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask player x if he has any more evidence to confirm this then if x has any I will see if it is good enough to warn player Y for breaking NLR. If it is good enough then I would warn player Y for Breaking NLR rules.

Because I would help assist in removing or changing people who break rules or dont know what the rules are.
