Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random death match (RDM)/Attempted RDM is when a player randomly attacks another player with no valid RP reason, hence the name.

EXAMPLE: Player X is walking around the bank district, Player Y walks up to him with a gun and completely out of the blue murders player X.

That would be RDM as Player Y had no valid reason to kill Player X.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule (NLR) takes place when a player dies, when a player dies they are not allowed to return (Or interact with their previous life) to the district they died in for three minutes and they also forget all interactions & memories from their previous life.

EXAMPLE: Player X is killed in the bank district, he/she immediately spawns and goes right back and attempts to kill player Y, the person that killed him/her.

That would be NLR as he's/she's returning to the bank district and interacting with something that happend in his/her previous life.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring them both to a sit and ask player y why he killed player x, if he admits to rdming I would check if he has any recent punishments, if he doesn't I would most likely verbally warn him, but if he had recent punishments I would probably warn him for rdm.

If player y denies rdming player x I would ask why he killed player x, if he responds with a valid reason I would ask player x for his side of the story and if he has any evidence of the RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would check the logs to see if the deaths were both in the same district, I would first ask player x why he killed player y, I would then ask player y for his side of the story and most likely verbally warn (If he doesn't have any recent punishments for it.) him for breaking NLR. Depending on how the sit goes I would also ask for evidence in some scenarios (ex: player y accusing player x of breaking the rules)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):[ For for one, I consider myself experienced when it comes to staffing, as I am currently super administrator, forum section moderator and a team speak staff at friendly players. I have the time to be very active on the server, there's currently a lot of rulebreaks on server one, while I know I cannot get rid of them completely I would definitely want to try/help to diminish it.

I consider myself a friendly person and like I briefly mentioned earlier in this application, I am very experienced when it comes to staffing and I believe I would make a good addition to the staff team. I'd like to think that I'm a patient person, which is one of the many reasons I believe I would make a good staff member. With that being said, I am confident in my abilities as a staff member.

I am willing to work towards a better & nicer environment on the ZARP SSRP servers and I believe I have the right attitude and mindset to do so. I also want to improve my standings with the community since my absence and I believe helping moderate the SSRP servers is a step in the right direction.
