Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First I would state that Mic/text Spamming is against the server rules and if they don't stop it I would gag/mute them if they still wish to mic/text spam I will gag/mute and give them a warning (and i'll extend the gag/mute time)
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell them that exploiting is against the server rules and they should stop the exploit and report in on the forums(zarpgaming.com) if they still wish to continue the exploit I would give them a warning and even after the warning they still exploit I would contact an admin or higher to ban the player

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when you die and tell your buddy who the murderer is by using a communicating software like skype, TS3, Discord,Curse voice and so one

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel I should be chosen because when there are no staff online or they're afk the server is complete chaos I aim to change that, Also I'm trusted whit power since I've been able to get admin on SSRP (cringy af I know)
