Random Death Match is when a person kills other person for no reason at all, or by something silly he uses to "excuse" his bad act.
Player[A] Comes up to the Player as a Theif for having an Miner job beacuse he wants it. (It can't be any other funny reason or no reason at all, its considered RDM).

New Life Rule or NLR is a rule that prohibits any interacting with people that killed him, and he can't return to the place he died [EXAMPLE] At Bank District he can't return to Bank District for 3 min.
[A]Player Starts Raiding, a base [A] Player Enters the base Kills him [A] Player Returns to the base in under 3 minutes and shoots the basers, and raid them [And there is 10 min cooldown raid at the same base.]

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport both players to the roof, and hear both sides of the story. After hearing the both sides of the story, i would ask [Player X] if he mistakenly seen it as Random Deathmatch [RDM] instead of the mug or kidnap for example. If he however claims Player [Y] he is lying and still bealives he RDM. I would ask him if he has any proof [FOOTAGE/SCREENSHOTS]. If he dosen't then i will tell him to get proof next time. And i will keep an eye on the [PLAYER Y] And if he has proof i would just give him an warn.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport both players on the roof, and listen to both sides of the story. After that i would ask for some proof [Screenshots/Tape that will show that NLR. [New Life Rule], if not i would just give him a verb warn. Beacuse i can't know if he nlr'd but if someboady makes f1 about him again nlr'ing i would warn him.

I am playing on Zarp for 2 years. I have alot of expirience being an Staff like a Mod/Admin/Even a Owner... I have good knowledge of the rules on Zarp. . I keep clam in every situation, but what i really want to do is to stop rules being broken... I am kind nice... I know most of the players on Zarp. I help all new players Soo, you can see i really wanna help people, soo that is why i am applying in the frist place. My inspiration is [STILL] SyStem and Kalll [STILL] and soo many other Admins / Moderators they're soo kind and helpfull!!.
