You have to refund him no matter what due to the fact that you stole it in the admin arena of where you are not allowed to rp and it even states it in the rules. So I don't know why you are ignoring a lead team members words of him saying you have to refund him. Also the fact that you sold it straight away is a dick move. If you don't refund him there will be serious punishments involved.
