Assuming that you were constantly calling him immature because of the reason "constant disrespect", I would assume you'd be doing so unless you got any evidence to back up that you weren't consistently calling him immature. It isn't disrespectful to call someone immature unless if you're just doing it constantly and trying to annoy them by doing so.
