Chummy in and out of game you're a very kind and helpful staff member. You have a lot of lead team experience from Friendly Players, I don't think I've ever seen you get "angry" like Coutinroy has but I don't think you're the Hulk or anytihng. You're always handling F1's in game and dealing with player reports and have also reported staff to me a few times. I personally don't think we need more lead team right now but in the future you'd be a good choice in my opinion.
