Chummy you are a great admin and I have told you before that I would love to see you in the lead team, I think you would be a great addition. However, there is something I would like to see you improve on, I will go on in further detail.

You at times tend to be a bit "angry" can I say. If something/someone pissed you off you would get mad instantly and given I speak to you quite often I can tell when this happens. Now how you deal with that is by leaving the situation in others' hands if possible or moving away from your pc etc so you don't do anything you might regret later on. Given that the lead team position requires A LOT of patience I would like to see you improve on that bit before anything. Try to take long breathes, keep yourself chill and cool, don't let it get to you.
