When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
the ban command use when someone is massively breaking rules,using hacks that give them unfair advantage or
someone ignoring warns,gags,etc from stuff and if a player disconnects and rejoin so he could avoid punishments gag/mute and then continues to disrespect players

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? :
there was a player that every time he becomes death he trap steal and trap spam so every time he becomes death i need to slay him and warn him if i had ban command i can just ban him and no need to warn and slay him every time he is death

Why I should be promoted :i should be promoted because im active player on the server and a lot of my free time is on the server and i think that i have a lot of Experience because i have been mod when i had 1200min and now i have 2500min on the server and i think that is did pretty well
