I do believe you have ambition, and motivation for this role. You're active and friendly, and have been doing a lot of work reporting rule breakers to me and other staff. The only thing I have an issue with is the hacking, it was less than a month ago making it pretty recent in my book. I don't think forcing you to wait is the right thing to do here in this situation though, I believe seeing how you do with this Moderator rank will prove a lot of people doubting you wrong with the whole hacking thing.
