Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel like in my time as a moderator I've learned how to use most of the commands properly with the f1 and the f6 menus. i also feel like I've done enough F1s to handle sits more effectively and if i become admin i will be ready and more prepared after being a moderator.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
One situation i encounter a lot is users who wont delete their props and will prop block spawn. some users when asked will delete the props but there's always that one user that refuses and a work around that i always tend to do is i freeze them until they agree to unpropblock spawn.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congratulations, a few things you should know is a few helpful commands:
/goto (steamid), /bring (steamid), /back (steamid), /backspawn (steamid), /freeze (steamid), /unfreeze (steamid), /chatmute (steamid), /chatunmute (steamid)
as a moderator it is your job to stop the rule breakers. you should always hear the full story from both sides before issuing a final verdict. make sure to check their recents before you give a warn and ALWAYS use the steamid to warn someone. if there are conflicting stories NEVER take someones word for something always ask for proof(witnesses are never proof). make sure to do the f1s in order as they go by how long ago it was made and you should always do the f1s made first. Becareful to not double warn for the same thing, always make sure you chose one punishment or the other as all the punishments show up in the f6 menu. the f6 menu is where u can check all the recent warns for a player it is where you will check to see what a players most recent warns are. you are given a selection of commands for a selection of uses remember to never use your powers in any RP situations. the F1 and F6 menu are your friend and you should always check it to help you on your journey. As a moderator it is your job to make sure that everything on the server is going good you need to be actively upholding the rules, if you are caught breaking the rules you will be giving staff a bad name so make sure to follow them! be fair and patient and good luck!
if you have anymore question please feel free to contact me and ask its better to ask then to do something the wrong way.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

A permaban for prop spam is a little harsh especially for a first punishment I've accepted your appeal and you will be unbanned
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I feel as if I've gotten a grasp of being a moderator on the sever and think that i further help the server as an admin. sometimes when the servers are chaos its hard to control the mass rdm and propblock as a moderator. becoming an admin would allow me to handle the situation better and more efficiently but still following ethos and not banning/warning without being fair. if you guys promote me i will continue to work hard and help keep Zarp clean.
