What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is where a dead player on the server gives information to alive players that can possibly change the outcome of a round. An example of this would be to tell the runners the code on the helix map, whilst being dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player was being disrespectful towards anyone, I would simply ask the player to stop now by giving a verbal, depending on how serious the case is. If the player refuses to do so, I will let the player know that he/she needs to read the rules, allow them to know that disrespect will not be tolerated on the server and give them a punishment, being a mute and a warn if they continue their. However if the disrespect keeps going on and on, I will gather as much proof as possible for the administrators to see and take ban action if it's mass.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen as Deathrun moderator as I am a trusted member of the community and helping users as always been something I loved doing in the community. I am friendly, helpful and have a high knowledge of the rules.
Recently I have been enjoying Deathrun a lot and me becoming staff will be a benefit for the staff team as I am willing to help out whenever it is requested from both staff and users!
