You have good activity but two recent punishments. You also sometimes struggle with English, but I do feel like you have improved.

Some other staff, that have played more with you recently than me, are saying that you're a great guy, which definitely shows an improvement in attitude (as it used to be not that great).

Depending on what others say in the meeting I might vote "Yes", despite you having recent punishments. We'll have to wait and see I guess.
