Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Killing another player without a valid reason. EG. Killing someone be Killing someone because they are homeless or because they are an officer.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: Coming back to the same area/situation before the timer is up. EG. If someone getts killed in residential they cannot come back until the timer is up.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would ask both players for their point of view, if they have the same story I would warn player y for RDM (He admitted), but if they have a different story i would ask player x for evidence as logs dont tell the whole story.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would check the times (if that is possible on this servers ULX), if they dont fit in the NLR timer i would warn player y , if not he is free to go.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
There are several reasons why you should hire me:
Experience- I have over 1000 hours on GMOD much of these (around 450) being spent on a strict CityRP server Fearless RP. The other 300 hours have been spent on DarkRP this shows I have experience with sits and how to handle a tough situation and some experience as a moderator knowing many commands including:
!Cloak !Uncloak !jail !unjail !goto !freeze !logs !gag !xban !bring
I will make sure to use these and punish people appropriately. I will not need any help and can get started straight away.

I have been a mod on two other servers.

Knowledge of The Rules- With experience on DarkRP I know a large majority of the rules, although they are constantly changed I will make sure I know the current ones. I know terms such as:
RDM- Random Deathmatch- Killing someone without a valid reason.
RDA- Random Arrest- Arresting a player without a valid reason
MRDM- Mass Random Deathmatch- Killing multiple people without a valid reason (This can be dealt with while off-duty)
NLR- New Life Rule- You forget everything that happened in your previous life and cannot come back to the area you died in for 3 minutes.
VDM- Vehicle Deathmatch- Running people over for fun
FAILRP- Doing something that would not happen in real-life or would damage the roleplay experience.
FEARRP- If you are in a situation where you may get harmed you must follow what your attacker says.

Personality- I am cheerful and love to help smaller communities, giving over 2million away. I know how to handle situations and turn them around so that everyone is happy. I like making people enjoy the server and stay for extended periods of time. I really enjoy the server and I am active and will be happy to change to Staff On Duty when needed.

Conclusion- I am a dedicated player who wants to help the community develop. I am active, know the rules well, I am appreciated and will make sure rules are followed as they should be.
