Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

if some one is mic/text spamming i would tell him to stop if he does not listen i will mute him and if he does it again after the mute i will warn him and mute him again .

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

if some one is exploiting i will tell him to stop and if he ignore me i will warn him and tell him to stop again as it ruins others exp and if he does it again i will contact a admin to ban him .

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when a bystander dies and tell other bystanders information about the murder such as "Murder's Name" and if some one does it i will mute him and warn him .

i should be chosen because i feel like i am trusted with my powers as i am a admin on SSRP and never got any problems about abusing or not doing my job and i like this gamemode plus i think i am a good candidate because the server is new and would need new staff member .
