I really don't think you are deserving of staff at your current state within the community. You are disrespectful and break rules a lot also when you are staff you can never make up your mind if you want to be staff from that I mean that when ever you get Staff you resign like a week later, revoke and then resign again it's like you don't know how to be Staff/want to be staff. It also shows that you aren't fully dedicated to the staff team in general.
For now I will not be supporting you getting back into the staff team. But best of luck.
