As lots of others have said, you have alot of recent warnings,which shows you cannot follow the rules very well. If you cannot follow the rules, how can you be expected to enforce them as a member of staff should?
You also have written very little detail for each section which makes it look rushed, and shows that you aren't that dedicated when wanting to become a staff member.
