Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First of all I would tell that Person to watch a Tutorial on Youtube to learn the Basics, after he/she did that i would ask him/her to spectate me, so I can give him/her some tipps and tricks. Afterwards i would spectate him/her to look how that person is doing and if that person has problems on a specific stage or a map I would show the Person how to do it and if the person still has some question i would appreciate to answer them as good as i can.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would tell that Person to stop that, because it is against the Rules if that person continues Text/Mic Spamming i would Gag/Mute that Person and after some time i would Ungag/-mute that person to see if he accepts that he did sth wrong, if he still continues i would warn him and maybe if its necessary kick him.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If there is an exploiting Person and i see how he is using the exploit, i would directly tell him to stop using that exploit as it's against the rules otherwise he has to accept the consequences, e.g. getting warned for exploiting if he continues using the exploit.

Why I should be chosen:
I'm a very Trusted Player and well Trusted with Rank Powers as I'm Ex-HeadAdmin on Deathrun and Ex-Moderator on Bhop.
I'm also a very friendly and helpful person, i help everyone who needs help as good as i can and let them enjoy their Time on Zarp, I also respect everyone no matter if its User or another Staff member, his gender, religion, etc.
