Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player Joins, Mass RDM's, Disrespects players, then LTAP, i would issue a 1 day ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My Response:
Hi, Player X.

I've looked over your appeal and after checking the ban it checks out
You've Been banned by me permanently for Cheating,, And you seem Sincerely Sorry for what you have done, i think i shouldn't be harsh and ban you for such a long time, And i believe in second chances. So my response to your Appeal is

[If you are to cheat Again, You will be Punished and Permanently Banned Again.]

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have been apart of ZARP TTT now, For a good period of time, I really enjoy the servers community and its progression. my time being a Moderator and Admin on SSRP before has showed me there is always 2 sides to 1 story and to be look into the report thoroughly. I know SSRP is different from TTT but I always Do my Reports and Duties in a Professional Way, and as i always Enforce Rules whether On other Staff members, or Normal Users, And As i always say, I bring Quality Over Quantity.
