He only got accepted on Friday.

However, this is a very rare case i've seen. He has been extremely active and helpful and has a professional manner to everything he does. His attitude has changed and this comes across in his ability to handle situations. Overall, one of the best staff members we have and very deserving of the promotion. The only thing I can see hindering you is your experience but I think that can be bypassed very easily.
