[Deathrun Administrator] Ezehzz's Application!

When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

A perfect time to use the ban command is when someone likes doing things they shouldn't be doing. Such as being really racist after being warned, muted/gagged multiple times and being told several times to stop. Another good way to use the ban ability to calm them down a bit is when they break several rules. For example, Player X comes on, mic spams and map changes. After the map have changed he does the same things and starts exploiting or being disrespectful to another user/staff member.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

So, recently a lot of things happened. People got globally banned, old banned members joined and people did even worse things. Several CM Banned members joined Deathrun the other day and I had to mute/gag them and kick them several times until I got a SA on to ban them. They joined back several times (with alts) and I couldn't do much at all but poke several DR sa's to come on, which Bazaraxe finally did.

Why I should be promoted? (We recommend around 75 words)

I think I should be chosen to be promoted because recently I have been playing loads and I have been helping multiple people and i've been in touch with almost every staff member. I have a good relation with most Staff members out there. I speak to Ha's daily on Teamspeak and i'd be more than happy to help them out more. I play a lot at night which means there are mostly no staff members on except for me and who knows what happens when I leave after that. Me having more powers would make me work easier and if those members joins once again, which I know will happen again sometime. I can deal with it myself instead of trying to get other Administrators online.

Previous Administrator experience.

I used to be a respectful Administrator on SSRP so I know how to handle certain situations well without any trouble. I think I do have enough trust right now and I think i'd be useful at night since I am mostly the only one online at night when the server have 7+ people playing at once.

Meeting

I currently have not been in a Deathrun meeting yet but I have previous experience from SSRP and this week, I will attend to the meeting which means when you review my application, I have attended to the week's meeting which allows me to apply.

I'd gladly have your opinion!
