My overall server time is over 84 hours however this week it is only around 90 minutes but will most definitely be improving!

I am applying straight to administrator as i am an Ex - Super Admin so that can contribute to this.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around
(EG: defiant user)
A situation in which i encountered that was an obstacle was that there was a very disrespectful and racist person that needed to be banned for the things he was doing however the only i could do was kick the player and then he came back and continued. (Copied from old app)

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted
The reason that i think i should be accepted into the administrative team is simply because i have come back to SURF and am really enjoying it again. I have ambition and a thrive to become staff again and so here i am. I am an Ex - Super Administrator of the SURF server so i see no problem with me as i left in good standards and it was only a few weeks ago. I am trusted within the community as i currently hold a Super Administrative Position on SSRP and an administrative position on Prop hunt. I feel like i am a very good candidate for this position and feel like the server needs more staff and i am able to get on and be helping when needed. I am very dedicated to being staff and am willing to get on when ever i am requested.

First of all here are some commands that you will now be able to do:

[u]ADMIN HELP[/u]
[color=#880088]@ [Message][/color]
This is a way of messaging fellow staff members that are online at the time.

[u]SLAY
[/u] [color=#880088]/slay <Player> [Normal/Silent/Explode/Rocket][/color]
This will slay the player. This should only be used if people are exploiting a maps feature

[u]VOICECHAT[/u]
[color=#880088]/voicemute <player>[/color]
 This makes a player unable to use voice chat
[color=#880088]/unvoicemute <player>[/color]
This allows players to use voice chat again

[u]CHAT BOX[/u]
 [color=#880088]/chatmute <player>[/color]
This makes a player unable to use chat via typing
[color=#880088]/unchatmute <player>[/color]
This allows players to use chat again via typing

KICK[/u]
[color=#880088]/kick <Player> [Reason][/color]
This command kicks the targeted player from the server

[color=#880088][u]FREEZE[/u]
/freeze <Player>[/color]
This command freezes the targetted player on the spot

This command gives you the ability to warn the targeted player

[u]F6 MENU[/u]
By pressing F6 it comes up with a menu in which you can search for peoples punishments by pressing the drop down box in the top left. If a player is not on the server you can scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu and hit search while inputting a steam-ID to find an offline players punishments if they have any

If you are unable to remember any of the commands displayed above then you can always head over to the tab menu and it will be displayed upon clicking someone. [spoiler][b][color=#8800ff]You seem to be remarkably apologetic for the things you have done and have taken your time to make this appeal on the forums. I have noticed that this was your first ban and because of this i have decided to lower your ban to 2 days as you have been very apologetic although cheating is still a serious matter and should not be done again. While you wait for your ban to expire i recommend reading the rules (Which are here!)
Please think about your actions and do not cheat again!
