Considering the fact that two staff members can confirm this is Mass RDM, and that that person in question on his own killed quite a few people in a short space of time, I don't see how it can be questionable that this isn't Mass RDM.

However, for the second round it most definitely isn't. The player was clearly being attacked and thus fought back.
