After reviewing your application, I can see that it lacks a lot of detail and in some of the answers and examples to questions, it seems as if you don't fully understand what to do. You only have 1 day of activity which isn't very good as we expect 2 full weeks of activity. You don't have any warnings but that is possibly due to your lack of gametime.

I suggest getting some more activity and rewriting your questions and adding more detail into them before applying for staff.
