Whilst you have put effort and time in here, I just don't think you are experienced enough yet to become an admin. You were accepted very recently and this partially makes you look power hungry, I am not trying to make assumptions but it comes across this way from my point of view. But you have made a good application and I see you online a lot which shows dedication and good activity.
