Younger players getting more flak is nothing new. If they have the ability and know how to administrate the server, why should anyone get in the way of that? You are not doing someone younger a favor by denying them because you're afraid they won't be taken seriously. Users that are willing to disregard someone based solely on age and pitch should not be our priority concern.
