Surf Related

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would tell him/her to go on YouTube and watch a tutorial of how to surf. Then when they now the basics, I would ask him/her if I could spectate him/her. If he/she wants me to spectate him/her I would give him/her tips and tricks. if the player does not know how to do a stage/or maybe a whole map, I would ask him/her to spectate me so I can show him/her how to do the stage/whole map. I would then let him/her practice and say that if he/she needs help, he/she is always welcome to ask anything.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone is text/mic spamming I would first ask him/her to stop spamming. Then if the player continues, I would gag/mute him/her. After a round or two I would ungag/unmute the player and verbally warn him/her to not do it again. If he/she then does it again, I would gag/mute the player and I would give a official warn.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone uses an exploit and I see it, I would tell them to not use that exploit again and tell if he/she uses the exploit again there will be consequences. If the player uses the exploit again later, then I would warn the player for exploiting and I would make clear that exploiting is not allowed.

currently an adminstrator on Trouble in Terrorist Town. I've gotten
a lot of experience as an admin and I know how to handle situations good.
