How would you handle a TS3 appeal?: I would review the appeal and understand what the whole situation is about and the reason why he/her thinks they need to be unbanned. After that i would go to the staff member who banned the player and ask what happend and the reason for the ban. If i think they player should get unbanned i will discuss this with the banning staff member and try to get a fair solution for both sides. If we both think that the player shouldn't be banned then i will close the appeal with a message that his/her appeal got denied and the reason why. And for discussion they can always add me on steam so we can talk about afterwards if they for example have evidence of a false ban later on etc. Here are some examples of appeals that will be accepted or not and how i will react to it.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used

Some of the administrative features of TeamSpeak 3:
Kick Client from Channel: This feature allows you to kick a user from the channel he is in. This can be used when a player gets annoying for example mic spam or the fact that he is not allowed in the channel
Kick Client form Server: This allows you to kick a user from the TeamSpeak server. This can be used if a user is breaking the TOU rules and basicly verbal warn him by kicking him to stop breaking rules.
Ban Client: This is used to ban people from the TeamSpeak Server. You can use this when a user is constantly breaking the TOU rules and didn't listen to the warnings he already got.
Mute Client: This is used for users that mic spams and does not want to stop after you gave a warning to put a end to it. It could also be used for racism or harass.
Delete Users Avatar: Deleting users avatars can be used if a user has a inappropriate/racism or offense avatar and does not want to change it himself.
Set server group: This allows you to set a badge to someone when he got accepted as a staff member on a specific server.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words): Getting those new powers allow me to simply help more on the server and expand my area of helping. Whenever i need a Team Speak Head Admin i can now do those things myself. I can also handle Team Speak appeals which is also a good thing. I just want to expand my area of helping people and so i applied for it.
