It seems like you have basic understanding on how RDM, I would add That RDM isnt just killing It is also damaging.You have a good understanding on NLR, That is good. Yet i would add the fact that You must also Forget about your previous life for example
I would Usually ask for proof. To make it easier and skip the tedious process of getting both stories and checking if the logs. Also you don't take witnesses as evidence, You also don't straight up kick of ban a player you would warn anyway as mod you don't have Ban.
