Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: random death match or rdm is when a player kills another without a reason for example I walked up too dramn and shot him cuz I felt like it

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New life rule or nlr is when a player dies in a certain area and that player that died cannot return too said area for a certain amount of time say 3 mins. An example would be say during a raid if u die u cannot come back instantly and retaliate u have to wait till nlr timer goes away

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would inform player player y that the logs show that he killed player x then I would bring both players together and ask for both sides of the story and ask about any witnesses and talk to them privately so there's no faking the situation once dealt with warn said player and if he does it again he may get kicked from warnings but say he mass rdmed he would be kicked and banned for a temporary time
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would see who died and take notice too wether nlr comes into play if that person keeps coming back and dieing or keeps going into the same territory it's obvious hes breaking nlr and needs to be taken care of

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I feel like I should he chosen too be staff for this server because I know a lot of people join and can be hard on some admins because a lot of people could be breaking rules (Rdm,Not etc....) And the more staff on the server at a time the safer the server is because there's always people on the job taking care of any issues that need to be consulted. Also I have staff experience but i quit due too a terrible co owner who always accused me of bs I never did
