Hello YoungSkittle!

You are a former mod, which is good, it shows that you have experience.
Though you have 3 recent warnings which is not really good, wait until they expire (2 weeks) and feel free to apply again!
Your activity could be worked on, the same with your application:

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is wherever in the district you die you must not return until the timer is up. A guy was killed robbin gsomeone and goes back 1 minute later to attack.

The New Life Rule states that you have to forget about you'r previous life.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
You would need to show screenshots or have witnesses otherwise you cant prove he rdmed you.

Witnesses do NOT count, and you don't need screenshots. You would bring them to a sit and explain their sides of the story and take it from there..

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.I would first ask if he broke nlr if he says no I will ask for screenshots or prove otherwise he is innocent

No, if the death is under three minutes apart from each other, then he clearly broke NLR.
