It will be a close one this Sunday. I have two people that I see as excellent candidates - one of them is you - and I see no need for another two moderators in the section.

On the one hand, you've been helping for a while now. You've always given in-depth feedback and considering how long you've been doing it - although it's been a little lacking this past month, I assume because of school - makes me think that you deserve it the most.

On the other hand, the other candidate might not have been helping as long as you, but they're not Forum Staff yet and I'd love to help them on their way by giving them staff in the section.

As for how you can improve... perhaps try to give more feedback on some of the applicant's answers.

Other than that, I can only give you the best of luck. Not even I know which candidate I prefer, and I'll most likely decide who gets my vote during the meeting.
