Besides the fact that you're not Lead Team currently, I also believe some of your feedback on the applications could be improved. Usually you only show them a picture of their recent punishments - in the case of SSRP applications obviously - and very little feedback other than that.

Sometimes you show them their correct gametrackers, which is nice, but you're not going that in-depth on the application itself and I believe you could improve in that area.

Just wait until next month and the General Discussion section opens up because Ace and/or Onion became Global Moderator (not excluding the other applicants, of course) - I feel like you'd be an excelent candidate for that section instead.
