However, I'm afraid to have to say that someone else has been catching my eye as of late. For a while you were my favourite candidate, but now that has switched to him.

You could improve by giving more in-depth responses, properly reading their application and trying to find and help them with the mistakes they've made.

I'm extremely sorry for this late response - I've been very busy as of late.

Who knows, maybe we do need another two moderators in the section, although I'm still unsure.
