I am confident in saying that doom does a great deal for the server and I am fairly sure there is more to this story. He wouldn't of been chosen for SA if he didn't do his job well.

Yup he was head admin at the time he was demoted / cm banned
He was CM Banned when he was a HeadAdmin for something that is in no way relatable to his staffing, he was one of the best staff members there was and still is.
