After reading through your application I noticed some things:
Alright, so you cannot ban someone for being racist, only if he comes back from a kick and does it again.
Remember to ask an SA+ so he can anti cheat the player before banning a person.
Then admin chat mute him.

And I would recommend getting more consistent activity!

How could your promotion help this?[/b] ➤ Quite a while ago there was a player who was being very disrespectful and kept rule braking, He mic spammed and then chat spammed, so i gagged and muted him.[b][i]However he started spamming Admin chat, I gave him his final warning he kept doing it[/i][/b] and he kept joining back and there was only Moderators in the lobby so I couldn't ban him so i simply waited for and Adminestraitor and above[/quote] Then admin chat mute him.
