I don't think you are understanding what is being stated. The point of the staff member is not to mindlessly punish everyone, the point is to ensure fun not to punish people who don't negatively impact the game of others. IMO, this is why the report system is implemented so they have a chance to be forgiven before being slain. The RDM Rural commited directly effected ONLY the person that reported them and if they don't feel that they should be punished. They should not be punished

I know what u mean but it effected the game to have a D less in the game and i died of it becuz i was watching and tried to kill RUral coz of that but i died by my own from it but it had impact on the game
