Ontopic. If you got permad for scamming it means you have been given multiple oppertunities to give the item to the opposit party but refused to do so. This results in a permanan that will be lifted the moment you agree to trade back the item you scammed for .

I strongly advice you next time to read trough the meeting announcements when you come back from a break

He did end up paying the items but after Kalllll forced him. Not to forget the fact he started to harass kallll after being forced to pay.
